[edit] If you HAVE NOT completed the quest Restoring Ghoulbane:
See the quest Gogas Afadin.
[edit] If you HAVE completed the quest Restoring Ghoulbane:
- Speak with Toranim Skyblade in North Qeynos. ( 535, -32, -174 ) /waypoint 535, -32, -174
- Either of these NPCS will perform the empowerment ritual for you, but they need you to:
- obtain 1 Enchanted Adamantine Ore from a transmuter.
- obtain 6 Phosphorescent Pearls from deep spawn consorts in Loping Plains. You will find them on the beach on the small wooden platforms and wandering around. Killing one does not guarantee an update and each has 5 min respawn.
- find and kill Kassar the Uncontrollable in the Mistmoore Catacombs.
- Return to Toranim Skyblade in North Qeynos. ( 535, -32, -174 ) /waypoint 535, -32, -174
