What does this information mean?

Garudon is the spirit of the dragon that destroyed Veksar a while ago. Kill him.

Upon death, he'll spawn again with a new shape and 5 adds. Kill them.

Upon death, he'll spawn once more time but as dragon (86^^^ this time). He hits much harder and has much more hitpoints in that last shape. Don't stay behind him as he can tail lash you. He also have an AoE autoattack from time to time and of course that AoE stiffle/power drain that all the shapes has.

As always upon completing the instance you'll be granted AA, although less than on other TSO instances.
