The Negative-Charged NF-Specs disappear after some time and can be re-aquired from the NPC.

Search Raven Eye Spire ( -980, 166, 596 ) /waypoint -980, 166, 596 with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs
- Go to the top of the Spire with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs equipped. On the way up, you will run into a named 39^ kobold that will aggro on you.
- Right-click the skull that is bright orange on the ground & inspect it. You may have to switch to first-person perspective to see it.
Kill Mazkeen kobolds until you get the plot coordinator (rare update).
Return to Watchman Plarg ( -592, 129, 797 ) /waypoint -592, 129, 797.
