1. Search Raven Eye Spire ( -980, 166, 596 ) /waypoint -980, 166, 596 with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs
   • Go to the top of the Spire with the Negative-Charged NF-Specs equipped.
   • Right-click the skull that is bright orange on the ground & inspect it.
2. Kill Mazkeen kobolds until you get the plot coordinator (rare update).
3. Return to Watchman Plarg ( -592, 129, 797 ) /waypoint -592, 129, 797.
