[edit] History

The village is a zone created for the 2006 Frostfell event. The layout of the zone is like the aqua goblin area of Everfrost, with rainbow bridges connecting the islands of ice. The giftgiver is under the giant tree on one island, and the questgiver is on the island with the big throne. There are buckets of snowballs spread around, as well as a gigglegibber game vendor and a McScroogle Corp Frostfell item vendor. Prior to 2008, each of the islands were surrounded by water that you could swim around in. For the 2008 festivities, the ice has been frozen.

[edit] Entering the Village

Each major city has an entrance to the Village:

[edit] Crafting

There are quite a few Frostfell crafting recipes, including food/drink, weapons/clothing, and house items. All of the recipes must be crafted on one of the 2 islands with crafting stations, and use components harvested from presents which spawn randomly on most of the islands. There are over 65 possible component harvestables, so you may need to trade/buy for the specific ones you need. The fuel vendors sell the recipe books for cheaper than the McScroogle Corp vendor.

[edit] Presents and Harvesting

Presents are the equivilant of harvest nodes in Frostfell Wonderland village. They're found on most ice islands, and never in the water.

When harvesting, it is important to recognize which "Presents" you are harvesting from. There are three types of presents and they correspond to each tradeskill station. This can help you a lot when crafting specific items.

  • Large, red presents contain components for the Worktable (house items and the candycane weapons).
  • The stack of presents, with the tiny red box (similar to the above present), contain components for the Stove (all food items, mug/pitcher).
  • Another stack of presents, with a blue present on top, contain components for the Loom (All things wearable {robes, full suits, santa hats} and stockings {the house item}).
