Captain D'Vall Edit

This is a group of quests that take place in The Sinking Sands in the Desert of Flames expansion. They are available from Captain D'Vall at levels 50-59. Captain D'Vall can be found on the first floor of the Freeport Militia House at (134, 17, 130).
