2. Once applied, go to -53.40, -24.43, -21.29 Copy and speak with Velt.

4. Return to Velt.
5. He will tell you to head back to Big Bend. Go there and speak with Velt at ( -27, -5, 74 ) Copy/waypoint -27.40, -4.67, 74.20
6. Take the offering to Skalmos in Big Bend ( -26.89, -4.66, 89.39 ) Copy and click on the table. This will spawn Skalmos.
7. He will talk a little, then you will be attacked by a couple non heroics.
8. Return to Nethal L'tylex in Freeport.

• Greater Cloak of the Dismal Rage (Level 80)
• Lucanic Cloak of Mending (Level 90)
• Completing this quest gives +1000 faction with The Dismal Rage
