HistoryEdit

An older guild as far as compared to other Everfrost guilds, we like to focus on having fun and just playing the game. We have a variety of characters at every level and tons of people willing to help you out, whether it is craft your next set of armor or mentor you into your next tier.

We are presently a level 71 guild, residing in the Gorowyn tier 1 guild hall with all kinds of ammenities and only a small number of active players. A large number of people in the guild have higher level mains which they have moved to raiding guilds.

We are looking forward to expanding and hope to see new faces in the near future!

Guild Bank DetailsEdit

Bank 1 - CraftingEdit

This is where the rares and the monies go. Other crafting things also live in here, but it's mostly those things.

Bank 2 - For GrabsEdit

Share with your guildies here! Collectables, LnL items, crafted items, you name it. Try to make sure its items that players can actually use, i.e. don't fill it up with your t1 MC armor.

Bank 3 - DecorEdit

For now, this is where house things live. I plan to migrate everything guild decor like into my personal house vault and free this up.

Bank 4 - TransferEdit

Moving crap from toon to toon? Why not use the guild bank? Be warned, things will go missing if you don't retrieve them fairly soon.

Recruiting TipsEdit

We want everyone to know that FFD is a fun guild to be in that has a lot to offer prospective recruits. Keep your ads entertaining and include as much information as possible. Remember to always spell out the guild name! Some examples are provided below.

"Guild level too low? Tired of grinding writs with no results? Join Five Finger Discount L71 guild. T1 Gorowyn GH. Lots of amenities. Fun players. PST to a recruiter for an invite!"

"Five Finger Discount is looking for fresh meat! Unguilded? Lower level guild looking for merger opportunities? We can make it happen! L71, t1 Gorowyn GH, loads of amenities. We're casual players moving towards casual raiding. Contact a recruiter today!"

Guild Harvesters and the Supply DepotEdit

We presently have The Unholy Trinity, our harvesters, set up adjacent to the crafting area. The supply depot is directly behind them and is available for all guild members to craft from.

If you are online and notice that The Unholy Trinity have returned from the harvest, please collect the items, put them into the depot and send them out again!

Inusun has compiled a method of keeping track of the quantities in the depot and enters these numbers in the Weekly Harvest Report, a book located directly on top of the Supply Depot. If you are unsure which tier to send the harvesters out for, please check this book for details. Alternatively, send them out for whatever crafting tier your character is actively working on.

Guild RosterEdit

The guild ranks of FFD have seen some interesting change over the years and presently are as follows. An asterisk (*) denotes the character is flagged as a guild recruiter. Ranks are subject to change. Please refer to the guild handbook, located in the guild hall, for the most current information. Permissions as described per rank are only those that differ from the previous rank.

God Father (Leaders)Edit

The God Father is the highest rank in FFD. We are not a one leader guild and do our best to consider all active player's input when making decisions for the guild. The leader can kick people, edit the guild events and change ranks and permissions.

Lieutenant (Officers)Edit

The officer rank is only slightly more free than the next rank down in the fact that it allows players to assign points, change the MoTD and demote players.

Nom de Guerre (Officer Alts)Edit

Officer alts was created as part of the most recent rank revamp. We found our alts often were not flagged to be able to do necessary guild operations and felt it important to have the permissions of a higher ranking member without 47 people flagged as leader or officer. This rank keeps things easy to understand and bridges the gap between an average player and an officer. Members of this rank are able to see and edit officer notes, edit personal notes for others, set bank withdrawal limits, assign recruiters, propote players and, of course, both see and speak in officer chat.

The veteran rank is mostly just a title at this point. You have either been around the guild forever, contributed a ridiculous amount of status or done something else to gain the trust of the guild as a whole. With this rank, you are allowed Trustee access to the guild hall and can withdraw from Guild Bank One.

A rank for members with all the typical privileges of being in a guild. Used on main characters only as a way to keep track of characters playing on the same account.

Pick Pocket (Recruits)Edit

Typically, we invite someone to the guild and they are in this rank for approximately a week before becoming a full member. We have had issues in the past of items coming up missing from the hall and banks, so we use this probation period to mold you into our family. Recruits are allowed limited access to the guild banks, but should be assured that if anything is needed outside of these limits that a higher ranking guild member will be more than happy to help you out!

SleeperEdit

Our sleeper status had been getting bigger and bigger, but that's only because our now former members haven't logged on in over 3 months. Now its dwindling again because many players are inactive for over a year. You will not get demoted if you let us know whats going on and you do not get kicked until you fail to log in for over a year. We repromote as soon as we see you have become active again and we are more than happy to reinvite once you have contacted someone.
