What does this information mean?

Researcher Teksi asks to search for any kind of magical components that the hydromancers might be carring so she might begin study of their techniques.
- You need to bring 4 solid water bubbles to Reseacher Teksi. The bubbles are autoupdates from Yha-lei hydromancers (at 430, -144, 656) lvl 70-72 with a pet, have a knockback. This is a rare drop, expect to kill ~20 mobs.
- Once you get the bubbles, return to Reseacher Teksi to get your reward.

- Completing this quest gives +2000 faction with Riliss

You might want to consider getting the quest Favor of the Di'Zok from Bathezid and doing these together.
