Click the book ( -1102, -23, 738.5 ) /waypoint -1102, -23, 738.5 next to Sir Thothur to receive Standard Equipment Specifications Manual
Scribe the recipe book
- Craft the missing equipment
You must create 3 of one of the recipes from the book next to Sir Thothur Dorarr. This will complete the quest.
You need to do this 9 times, once for each of the different recipes in the book.
After you have finished turning in all the combines the Dwarves will run along the zone killing undead. Follow them to the named and once they kill the named a chest will drop. Loot it for a reward.
