1. Click the book ( -1102, -23, 739 ) /waypoint -1102, -23, 738.5 next to Sir Thothur to receive Standard Equipment Specifications Manual
2. Scribe the recipe book
3. Craft the missing equipment:
   • Hardened Battle Bread (Provisioner crafted at Stove & Keg)
   • Healing Spell Upgrade (Sage crafted at Engraving Desk)
   • Sturdy Supply Pack (Tailor crafted at Sewing Table & Mannequin)
   • Dwarven Battle Axe (Weaponsmith crafted at Forge)
   • Heavy Shield (Woodworker crafted at Woodworking Table)
   • Combat Art Upgrade (Alchemist crafted at Chemistry Table)
   • Dwarven Platemail (Armorsmith crafted at Forge)
   • Dwarven Armor Repair Kit (Carpenter crafted at Woodworking Table)
   • Traditional Kaladim Jewelry (Jeweler crafted at Work Bench)
4. All materials needed for fuel are provided nearby; look for the crates, boxes, and other containers which will highlight when you mouse over them. Click on it to receive a stack of 20 of the respective fuel (ingots, coal, cloth, leathers, etc.).
5. You must create 3 of one of the recipes from the book next to Sir Thothur Dorarr. This will complete the quest. Then, you need to hail him again and complete another 3, and so on.
6. You need to do this 9 times, once for each of the different recipes in the book, to complete step 1.
7. Steps 2-4 are identical, and you can create items in advance so long as you do it in groups of 3 (e.g., creating 6 battle axes because you get weaponsmith's insight is OK, it will show up as needing 0 axes for the next step once you start it).
8. After you have finished turning in all the combines at the end of step 4, the Dwarves will run along the zone killing undead. Follow them to the named and once they kill the named a chest will drop. Loot it for a crafter-specific heirloom reward.
