Have your group stand near the grates for the pull. After the pull, the Firelord will frequently lay a trap on the ground in front of him (The traps look like fireworks). The tank should drag Firelord Kaern around the room. The casters and healers (and the rangers) should stay at max range AHEAD of the mob, while the scouts stay next to the tank.

He will also occasionally port a member of the group into the lava pit. If this happens to you, the exit is to the south, get back to the fight and continue to burn it down.
