Raluvh:: You can find Raluvh in a cell in The Halls of Fate in the same room as the first named encounter. The named wanders the room, so you can clear the trash and reach Raluvh without killing the named (if you don't want to blow your timer, or want to do her next quest). The quest she gives (Premonitions of Doom) is tricky and needs a good group to complete the zone as you have to fight down to the very bottom and evade any of the nameds on the way (other than Sothis, you gotta kill him).
