- Kill Foulfeather, a named owlbear. (usually level 25^, sometimes 24^)
- She is found with the other owlbears, south of the Rumbleroots, east of the Commonlands entrance ( -556, 41, 132 ) /waypoint -556.20, 40.85, 132.38
- Return to Torq for your reward.
