The Eyestalker has been said to be a weak combatant. It has a variety of abilities that don't require facing targets, but they are shorter range than some combatants' abilities and slow to use and expensive and have slow recast times. It can absorb some damage, so it may be used as a front line combatant drawing attention and being annoying. The AOE stifle could be quite deadly if the enemy is grouped up when your team attacks. The root is not as slow as the other abilities and could aid in ganking strays or breaking up groups.
