Purpose

You must have completed the following quests in order for the gleaming chest to appear in The Hedge Hollow.
- This Won't End Well... -- Talk to npc in a starter city then head to Loping Plains.
- A Nightmarish Illness -- Kill the boss of The Hedge Hollow and receive a pair of gleaming lockpicks (body drop). The gleaming lockpicks will not show up in your inventory but the game remembers them.
- Train to Zone! -- Not available on your first run through The Hedge Hollow.
Only AFTER you have completed those three steps will the gleaming chest appear.
There is no lockout timer on The Hedge Hollow so you can re-enter the zone right away.
