What does this information mean?

This is not easy to solo at level 72. Recommended to be level 74-75 quest.

[edit] Steps

1. Destroy 8 Broken Nurgan machines, found along the tracks in the Mines of Nurga.
   • In order to destroy the machines, you must first kill the a Nurgan minegineer guarding its broken machine. After the Nurgan is killed, the machine will rotate and become aggro. Defeat the machine for a quest update.
     • The Nurgan Minegineer must be killed near its machine for the machine to become aggro.
2. Return to Nalzie to complete the quest.
