This looks as if it could be used for crafting level 80 - 89 handcrafted items.

Starting with RoK, meats will no longer be harvested from Den nodes. Most will be drops from appropriate mobs. Provisioners will not be using meats in regular recipes in T8, they will be used only in special quested/faction recipes to make new short duration food/drink with non-standard buffs.
