Steps Edit

1. Speak with Vashazdar, who is standing next to Gretchen.
2. Find the Toppled Hand of Thule ( -1000, 0, 840 ) /waypoint -1000, -0, 840.
3. Slay the Left Eye of Fear and his two friends, Eye of Thule Subservient, who spawn when you approach the toppled hand.( -1017, 0, 829 ) /waypoint -1017, -0, 829 (All are roughly level 42)
4. Return to Gretchen to receive your reward.
