I have discovered a thieves den in the The Down Below and looted a sort of merchant manifest. I discerned that Constable Arathur needs evidence of such illicit operations. I will try to follow the hints in the manifest to discover the Qeynos merchants involved in this ring and fool them into signing this manifest thinking me a lackye of the thieves.

   • G.P. is Gornit Penwiggle at the Deepmug Tavern in The Baubbleshire.
2. I must speak to a P.B. in one of the local establishments, the one hinted at by the symbol of a very deep and narrow trench topped off with a symbol for waves or water.
   • P.B. is Proprietor Blagard at The Vasty Deep Tavern in Starcrest Commune.
3. I must speak to a K.I. in on eo f the local establishments, the one hinted at by the symbol of a mug frozen in ice.
   • K.I. is Karg Icemoore at The Frozen Tundra Tavern in Graystone Yard.
4. I must speak to B.M. in one of the local establishments, the one hinted at by the symbol of a mermaid holding a stein.
   • B.M. is Borden Mannus at The Mermaid's Lure Tavern in Qeynos Harbor.
5. I must speak to a P.I. in one of the local establishments, the one hinted at by the symbol of dwarven warhammer inside a compass pointing eastward.
   • P.I. is P.T. Irontoe at Irontoe's East Tavern in North Qeynos.
6. Speak to Constable Arathur in Nettleville.
