[edit] page names?

There are several AA lines (at least for the warlock tree) that have a duplicate. For instance, there is "Propagations (AA Line)" and "Warlock Propagations (AA Lines)". The latter was made by Uberfuzzy and contains no content whatsoever. Should we move the category pages to the new name that contains the subclass name? Cantidosama 22:41, 11 March 2008 (UTC)Cantido

Just convert the AA to the new template and it will handle everything. --Uberfuzzy 22:56, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Yep, just noticed, there was an edit conflict of me inserting my stupidity here :P Cantidosama 22:58, 11 March 2008 (UTC)Cantido

[edit] Same aa names on different classes/subclasses

Some AA names like Divine Aura exist for 2 or more classes. Divine aura for Clerics and Crusaders does teh same thing, but Enhance: Resurrections which existss for Warden and Inq does 2 different things one class gets faster casting the other gets more health restored. How should we handle these cases? --Quaiky 12:44, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

That's a great question. Our naming policy would suggest disambiguation and two separate AAs in the database. However, we've forgone that rule in the past for spells like Kick because it made far more sense to do so when the spell was exactly the same across the board. Is this a case for combining the AAs? I'm going to guess no because of your comment that the effect is different for some of the classes with identically named AAs. Based on that, I believe we should create separate AAs for each class and naming them following the naming conventions we have listed, disambiguating as necessary along the way.--Kodia 13:38, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
The same prob was/is with spells like Dispel Magic for Mages For example Coercer and Warlock can enhance it. On the Warlock and Coercer AA Side it's wrote like this:
Warlock: [[Enhance: Dispel Magic (Warlock)|Enhance: Dispel Magic]] => Enhance: Dispel Magic
Coercer: [[Enhance: Dispel Magic (Coercer)|Enhance: Dispel Magic]] => Enhance: Dispel Magic
Both links say Enhance: Dispel Magic but lead to a different sides.

I just noticed those updates as I continued to troll through the AA trees. Thanks for the direct link and examples! So the original statement still stands, then. Follow the naming convention using the Warlock AAs as a good example.--Kodia 14:41, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
