(Ok, truthfully I never had the guts to fully commit to roleplaying in game, but I always wished I did. :)) Anyway, for those who I haven't met yet...
Hello! I'm Amnerys, also known as Tiffany outside of Norrath, and you'll be seeing me around all things EverQuest with my partner in crime, Dexella. I'm not new around these parts, but I'm back again in a full-time EverQuest franchise capacity after a year or so hanging out with our younger players, as Community Manager for Free Realms and Star Wars®: Clone Wars Adventures™.
My short-version-of-the-long-story is that my husband and I played EQ at launch (he actually got into Beta -- /jealous), then we played EQII at launch. Hours and days and months and years of questing and raiding later, we both came to work at SOE. We didn't meet in game though; we met on a BBS. (How's that for super-nerd dating before Match.com? Lol!) I come from a journalism background, with a lot of hours invested in King's Quest and various text adventures. Somehow those two hobbies intertwined and I became a Community Manager for my favorite fantasy MMO. That's the nutshell version!
Amnerys & Dexella at SOE Live
I'm looking forward to seeing those of you who can attend at SOE Live this year. It'll be my 8th SOE convention, so if you need any tips, feel free to ask me. Dexella and I will be hosting your Live Quest and should be buzzing about all weekend, in and out of panels, keynotes, etc. We're always happy to say hello, so please don't be shy!
Sorry I missed this blog last week. There have been some changes happening in Norrath...changes I am announcing to you today! There are now two Community Managers covering all things Norrath (EverQuest, EverQuest II, Legends of Norrath, and whatever comes "next"). It is now me and Amnerys.
We're still getting our feet wet, but you'll be seeing posts from both of us across the wikis. Feel free to leave us messages on our talk pages and our blogs.

Have you checked out the patch notes for our post-Scars launch? We had three this past week (May 2, May 3, and May 7).
We also recently published some player-made tutorial videos on our official YouTube channel! These videos were made by community member Jethal Silverwing. This wiki even gets a shout out!
