Although the Quest Journal does not label this quest as Heroic, nearly every mob it requires is. Keep the quest starter book with you as you'll need to read it after killing each group of 10 monsters. If you also have the Adventures of Jorbo and Mappy (Quest), you can work these quests through the first 60 kills at the same time.
