- Prior to LU33, Fyst was an Epic encounter, but with the revamp of Deathfist Citadel he has been demoted to Heroic.
- If you ring the gong in Blood Bath Arena, Emperor Fyst will spawn in NPC form and send Arena Champion Kraz'k against you.
- To trigger Emperor Fyst in attackable form on the Emperor's Terrace, you have to kill Chief Torturer Goortz, High Priest Kuzbak, Alchemist Yallessul, Arena Champion Kraz'k, Prince Gluntok and Prince Valtoris.
