1. Speak with the balloon conductor (Urdu) at the Overlook in Moors of Ykesha.
2. Fly to the Palace of the Ancient One (tradeskill).
3. Once inside the instance, complete the tradeskill instance as you would any other tradeskill instance.
4. Obtain quest from Tomkin Cogsbottom <Construction Foreman> at ( -19.47, 13.75, 15.62 ) /waypoint -19.47, 13.75, 15.62

After getting the subquest in zone, don't forget to hail Tomkin Cogsbottom a second time. He has a Makeshift tinkered workstation you can use.
