[edit] Steps

1. Roam the jail area and then head back toward the stairs to get the message "It seems that the froglock has been moved."
2. Enter A Musty Dungeon ( 132, -26, 141 ) /waypoint 132, -26, 141 in the jail area of The Freeport Militia House in West Freeport. It is also called "Lower Dungeons".
3. Kill the guards and then the jailers.
4. Ignite the barrel to blow up the jail door.
5. Kill Geraufl.

Note: Gerauf will stun you as soon as the first hit is in. He then escapes thus completing the quest for you.
