The former Ashen Order monk, Elder Jaago, appears in two locations in game. When first approached by monks working on their epic weapon quests, he appears in the jails of the basement of Sebilis. Once the bones that were removed during his torture are retrieved from the monsters of the zone and buried in Elddar Grove he appears a second time and confirms that he is at peace with his final resting place.
