What does this information mean?
- Patrol the area near the amphitheater and watch for street fights. You'll find a fight going on at ( -49, -23, 136 ) /waypoint -49, -23, 136.
- Hail one of the fighters, and they'll both attack you. Kill them.
- Patrol the area on the south dock. You'll find another pair of fighters at ( -287, -56, 113 ) /waypoint -287, -56, 113. Hail one of them and kill them.
- Return to Sergeant Daimyo and he will send you to Clerk Brutus ( -79, -37, -4 ) /waypoint -79, -37, -4 to finish your citizenship. He will charge you a fee of 1g for the privilege.
