StepsEdit

1. Go to Edgewater Drains (through Commonlands,The Sprawl,The Serpent Sewer, then to Edgewater Drains 1 beneath Freeport) to find the source of the infection. Kill the lvl 37^ Agent of Bertoxxulous at ( 97, 33, 41 ) /waypoint 96.80, 32.50, 41.33 
2. Return to Prophet Bainyn Fairwind.
3. Go to Zek, the Orcish Wastes and buy a Distilled Oaken Root vial from Viddle Sprocketbender ( 545, -41, 282 ) /waypoint 545, -41, 282 on the docks
4. "Collect" a Superb Noxious Remedy potion, a level 30 Alchemist tradeskilled item. You can buy this from a broker, if you don't have any people willing to make you one. If you already have it in your bags the quest will not update. You need to make one or buy after you are on this step of the quest.
5. Return to Prophet Bainyn Fairwind with the requested components needed to make your cure

NoteEdit

There are two lvl 27^^^ guards (need confirmation and edit. These are green at 39) at Commonlands Gate to the Sprawl. You could try to run past them and enter zone.

Or you can enter the Sprawl via Big Bend with 2x lvl 24^^^ guards on the Sprawl side.

The Ruins gate has a single lvl 24^^^ guard Gorgo on the Sprawl side.
