- Go to Edgewater Drains (through Commonlands,The Sprawl,The Serpent Sewer, then to Edgewater Drains 1 beneath Freeport) to find the source of the infection. Kill the lvl 37^ Agent of Bertoxxulous at ( 96.80, 32.50, 41.33 ) /waypoint 96.80, 32.50, 41.33
- Return to Prophet Bainyn Fairwind.
- Go to Zek, the Orcish Wastes and buy a Distilled Oaken Root vial from Viddle Sprocketbender ( 545, -41, 282 ) /waypoint 545, -41, 282 on the docks
- Collect a Superb Noxious Remedy potion. You can buy this from a broker.
- Return to Prophet Bainyn Fairwind with the requested components needed to make your cure
[edit] Note
There are two lvl 27^^^ guards at Commonlands Gate to the Sprawl. You could try to run past them and enter zone.
Or you can enter the Sprawl via Big Bend with 2x lvl 24^^^ guards on the Sprawl side.
The Ruins gate has a single lvl 24^^^ guard Gorgo on the Sprawl side.
