Dominous Rile should be tanked inside the room, and your raid/group will want to use a Main assist for targeting the adds the Dominous Rile summons. Every 10-15 seconds Dominous Rile will summon a skeleton add that can be burned down fairly fast and then refocus DPS on the named.
