Steps Edit

1. Interact with the two digging machines, both found on the third floor of the Caves:
   1. DDBD-2830-A ( -10, 38, -80 ) /waypoint -10, 38, -80
   2. DDBD-2830-B ( 50, 38, -80 ) /waypoint 50, 38, -80
2. Slay Fulkoir Haggleton (level 13^). He is found at the Rockpaw camp. ( 50, 0, -110 ) /waypoint 50, 0, -110
3. Return to Emma Torque for your reward.
