What does this information mean?

I was recruited by a Gigglegibber goblin, by the name of Gutten, to help decorate the city of Gorowyn. He is selling frosty trees in celebration of Frostfell and he says he'll reward me with one of them, for no price, if I help.

1. I am to help decorate areas of Gorowyn in celebration of Frostfell. The locations have been marked by Gigglegibber goblins.
   • The first location that needs to be decorated is marked by a green sparkle. ( 2641, 66, 1300 ) /waypoint 2641, 66, 1300 near entrance to Grand Anethaeum.
   • The second location that needs to be decorated is marked by a green sparkle. ( 2648, 66, 1174 ) /waypoint 2648, 66, 1174 at Arcane Erudition.
   • The third location that needs to be decorated is marked by a green sparkle. ( 2321, 1, 1455 ) /waypoint 2321, 1, 1455 at the end of the outside dock by the Kylong Plains bell.
   • The final location that needs to be decorated is marked by a green sparkle. ( 2489, 33, 1343 ) /waypoint 2489, 33, 1343 on the platform near the foreign broker in The Timorous Maw.
   • After decorating the final location, Mr. McScroogle ( equal level ) will spawn and attack you. Kill him.
2. Return to Gutten, the Gigglegibber tree merchant in Gorowyn, to claim your reward.
