2. Find the first green sparkly in South Freeport that needs to be decorated. ( -162, -35, 154 ) /waypoint -161.86, -35.2, 154.30At top of central stairs first landing.
3. Find the second green sparkly in South Freeport that needs to be decorated. ( -217, -56, 236 ) /waypoint -216.82, -56.22, 235.80Next to Theives Way manhole.
4. Find the third green sparkly in South Freeport that needs to be decorated. ( -133, -18, 292 ) /waypoint -133, -18, 291.72 In front of door to 2 Justice Road residence.
5. Find the final green sparkly in West Freeport that needs to be decorated. ( 274, -5, 162 ) /waypoint 274, -4.81, 162.1 South of the Inn.
   • You will be attacked by Mr McSroogle, defeat him.
6. Return to Gevil ( 163, -4, -99 ) /waypoint 162.50, -3.77, -99.06 to claim your reward.
