1. Talk to Lord Nagafen. He will tell you that you need to find five arcane rings. He gives you the first one and sends you off to find the remaining four.
2. Find the missing rings. The first three drakotas are epic x4 mobs.
   • Defeat Trenda'loz the Caller in Vault of the Fallen: Lair of Trenda'Loz which is off Fallen Gate.
   • Defeat Niscanith in The Sanctum of Fear: Niscanith's Lair. (Located in The Temple of Cazic-Thule) (Sanctum of Fear: Niscanith's Lair)
   • Defeat Vanudozalon the Elusive in Firemyst Gully: Vanudozalon's Lair off Antonica.
   • Defeat Regent Grozmag in Deathfist Citadel: Assault.
     • Note that this is a single group instance.
     • Must enter the Citadel through the sewer entrance.
3. When you have all quest dings, you can zone a raid into a special instanced version of Isle of Refuge (Darathar's Flight). You do this by using the rings with The Ulteranis, the orb at the top of the Tower of the Oracles in Antonica.
4. Kill Darathar.
5. Talk to Lord Nagafen.
