What does this information mean?

[edit] Steps

1. Gather 15 bones from the bottom of the ocean floor in Everfrost. The bones (which take up space in your inventory) are gathered from the Sunken Bones nodes located west of the Everfrost Docks, where the two small islands are. They are random spawns. See the talk page for locations confirmed by other players. The Tab button works, as do Gnomish Divining Rods
2. Return to Daelic Coldbrow
3. Bury the bones at the World Tree Root ( -650, -15, -305 ) /waypoint -650, -15, -305 to receive your reward
