At least one member of raid on Fire and Ice from the Prismatic Weapon Timeline.
[edit] Strategy
If you are here to TALK to the Spirit of Vox, then have a single raid member respectfully approach the alter. They will then release the spirit shards (Soul, Heart, and Mind), click on the alter, and then be slain in sacrifice. Everyone may now speak to her and she will then send you off to King Drayek.
To KILL the Spirit of Vox, just have a hapless volunteer march up to the alter and click without releasing any shards. Three groups of ice shards will spawn and attack your raid, then the Spirit of Vox herself will spawn. She has a 3k cold AE attack, and has an amazing health regen rate. Try to have the tank turn her away from the raid, her AE can be jousted, but if you're quick on the cures (Elemental) you should be ok.
Revive takes you out of the zone, so you will need to wait for a rez if you die.
