What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Click the chest in Dukarem's room. You are now on a 2 minute timer
2. Go to the door of the Court of Tears in Maj'Dul ( -173, 138, 173 ) Copy/waypoint -173, 138, 173
3. Enter the Court of Tears and talk to Jafi Nsir
4. Kill Jafi Nsir (lvl 54 solo). Three 54vv Tears assassins also spawn, but are not part of his group and not needed for the quest
5. Read Note to Jafi in your inventory
6. Speak to Danaria, Princess of the Blades in the Court of the Blades
7. Speak to a Blades soldier on the top level of The Clefts of Rujark ( 116, 52, -76 ) Copy/waypoint 116, 52, -76
8. In the Sinking Sands' croc caves, enter Lockjaw's Lair ( -1105, -219, -678 ) Copy/waypoint -1105, -219, -678. Kill Jafi Nsir (55^^, worth AA) and his 3 55v Tears assassins.
   • You cannot respawn inside the zone - if you do the assassins will attack you instantly again.
   • The lockout timer for Lockjaw's Lair is 12 hours unless you defeat Lockjaw the Ancient, then it's 5 days 20 hours (as of Sept 2017, DoF zones are instances so no lockout - minimum duration for defeating Lockjaw is 2 days 20 hours)
9. Exit the lair and speak to a Blades warrior across the water ( -1168, -215, -667 ) Copy/waypoint -1168, -215, -667
10. Go to the docks for auto-update
11. Speak to Honest Ali at the tent ( -1450, -225, -381 ) Copy/waypoint -1450, -225, -381
12. Go to (but do not enter) the front door of the Blades Court ( -16, 152, 118 ) Copy/waypoint -16, 152, 118
13. Speak to Captain Aziz behind you ( -53, 149, 140 ) Copy/waypoint -53, 149, 140
