- Terrorgore can be picked up at the same time as this quest. You do not have to wait till Sphinx is finished.
- Locations and mobs in first couple of steps are identical to the ones in Court of Truth: The Terrorgore, so best to do that one at same time.
Steps Edit
- Harvesting:
- Harvest (or buy from the broker) 20 beryllium cluster (Croc caves are the best place to mine)
- Harvest (or buy from the broker) 20 rough nacre
- Speak to Steward of the Vizier in Tower of the Moon.
- You will then be sent to The Sinking Sands to kill:
- Kill 15 Anaz Mal diviners
- Kill Raef Ew lizardmen around ( -430, -110, -900 ) /waypoint -430, -110, -900 for 25 rare updates
- Return to Steward of the Vizier
- Kill 50 orcs in The Clefts of Rujark
- Go to ( -1320, -188, -1130 ) /waypoint -1320, -188, -1130 in The Sinking Sands.
- Right click and place staves in each of the five rocks
- When all are placed, Altairenanhk will come flying. The actual update is from the kill, not the staves, so you can do this in a group. Altairenanhk has a knockback, so either fight in the cave, or pull back to land. If you die in the attempt, you can resummon without having to redo any steps.
- Kill Altairenanhk for update
- Return to Ishara, Caliph of Truth
