The following steps can be done in any order:

• Kill 8 swampflies (found along the water west and southwest of the the tent where Cookie stands)
• Gather (or buy from broker) 3 lichenclover roots from the root nodes in the jungle
• Gather (or buy from broker) 3 Torsis tea leaves from the berrybushes in the jungle

Note: The harvests can be updated by trading if you've neglected your harvesting skills. Items already in bank seem to give update when you get the quest.
