Notes of appreciation can be turned in to Mage Fulcrum Gearshift up the red portal at the Concordium Tower in South Qeynos or Scientist Dally Scrumplecog at the Academy of Arcane Sciencein North Freeport. You can choose between many different Rewards. The prices are between 1 to 5 notes.
