You need to climb one of the 2 westernmost towers and jump from the top to the upper rock ridge, or run all the way around the island counter-clockwise from the cloud station to reach him.

1. Collect some Ravasect Eggs from the new colony. You can find the new colony by jumping down the waterfall at ( 436, 179, -530 ) /waypoint 436, 179, -530. There is a cave underwater behind the waterfall that you can swim through to find the colony. Killing Humator Egg Bearers makes harvestable egg goo drop.
2. Return to Aetryol Monsoon
