This quest is part 3 of a 6-part quest series in the Commonlands Timeline.
Steps
NOTE: In order to receive this quest, select the third option from Brandus Levine: "I know you're selling refugees back to the Far Seas Trading Company" and follow the prompts from there.
- Speak to Anders Blackhammer at the Crossroads. He is used in several quests, so you might have to wait for him to respawn.
- When you get the quest update, Anders will attack you. You do not have to kill him. Therefore, you can complete the quest even if you cannot defeat Anders. (He is level 20.)
- Return to Brandus for the next quest.
