- This is an unlimited repeatable quest.
- The tag heroic just means its groupable. Since there is no combat you can solo it. It will just take more time to finish it.
- Ship Out is not a Prerequisite.
StepsEdit
- Investigate the situation at Gnomeland Security and provide assistance as needed
- Travel to The Clockwork Workshop (In Steamfont Mountains, entrance from clicking a Gear ( -549, 171, 1047 ) /waypoint -549, 171, 1047 at Gnomeland Security Headquarters, just behind the Mailbox)
- Once inside, hail Cuthbert Cogsworthy and finish his subquest Clockwork Components. Click on "a thick recipe book" to obtain "Building a Better Clockwork lvl 50 Artisan" recipe Book from the lower corner of the bridge ( 235, 5, -17 ) /waypoint 235.39, 4.58, -17.16, and scribe it . Edit: It might be good to hail Finbert Cogsworthy ( 113, 0, 0 ) /waypoint 113.25, 0.00, 0.00. He has no quest sign, but his dialog explains whats going on down there. When you finish the sub-quest the first time, the lockout timer triggers.
- Complete 4 stages of building a battle robot by doing the following sub-sets x4 (click the "an accounting ledger" in front of Cuthbert to check your progress/see what you need to create). Fuel and raws can be found in chests, barrels and the cart down there.
- Reused Oil is harvested from a barrel of old grease at ( 250, 4, 6 ) /waypoint 249.93, 4.10, 6.29
- A Grease Stained Cloth is harvested from a crate of greasy old rags located at ( 250, 4, 5 ) /waypoint 250.10, 4.12, 4.84
- Highly Explosive Fuel is harvest from a mining cart filled with fuel located at ( 234, 4, -6 ) /waypoint 233.79, 3.77, -6.09
- Splintered Lumber is harvested from a chest full of scrap lumber located at ( 234, 4, -6 ) /waypoint 234.44, 3.78, -5.55
- Twisted Ingot is harvested from a chest full of twisted metal located at ( 225, 4, -8 ) /waypoint 225.16, 3.78, -7.87.
- Supply is endless, so you don't have to worry if a few crafts fail.

- 3 - Wire Gizmo (made at Forge) (Sculpting / Carpenter)

- 3 - Pulley Mechanism (made at Work Bench) (Artificing / Jeweler)
- 3 - Control Instruction Scroll (made at Engraved Desk) (Scribing / Sage)
- 3 - Gear Lever (made at Woodworking Table) (Fletching / Woodworker)
- 3 - Lubricating Grease (made at Stove & Keg) (Artistry / Provisioner)
- 3 - Pulley Rope (made at Sewing Table & Mannequin) (Tailoring / Tailor)
- Note: to small groups/solo'ers - once you have the subquest Clockwork Components active, you can continue to make 'all' of the items for 'all' stages at once, share the work load across the group, you need 12 of each of the 9 item types in total - once done hand in the quest and your components and wait a few minutes for all 4 stages to auto-complete (no need to pick up quest again from the gnome, just wait) - saves a little bit of time from running back a forth getting the sub-quest over and over - 3x9x4=108 combines in all)
- Note: If you are not lvl80 and down there first time i suggest to obtain the sub quest for all sub-sets. The quest wants you to craft 3 items eg. one subset. That way you can make one level down there from quest and first time crafts.
- After completing all 4 stages, you receive your reward, then sit back and watch the Epic 100x4 robot death match. Once your creation is victorious, a treasure chest will drop.
