The person to zone in needs the battery from The Mechnomancer (ringevent in Klak'Anon), its not a real quest though. *Only one person in raid needs this power cell*


Inside Klak'Anon NE passage from dam (Not on map) First part is a ring event. From time of the first kill you have 10 minutes to finish ring event. Kill roamer, adds pop and attack immediately. All are level 72 epic x4. After adds of first round a second pops just inside the factory gate. Killing this guy again pops adds including a named which auto attacks. Defeating the second round aggros the main Clockwork Menace. Doggy has every trick in the book. Killing him lowers the pedestal for further roaming fun. If you do not get to the mob in by 10 minutes from the first kill your raid is summoned to him for a nice snack.
