Grants the Coercer control over target opponent. The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration. Higher ranks of this spell will decrease the chance of a periodic resist.

- Dispelled when target takes damage
- Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 9.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.0 seconds.
- Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.
- Grants Sonic Vision to caster
- If outside an arena
- Certain enemies cannot be charmed
- Does not affect Epic targets
