Steps

- Kill any Truth or Blades tower captain, at the top of any tower bannered with red or blue.
- Right-click the lifeless corpse and select "Plunge dagger into heart."
- The entire tower's mobs will respawn as Coin.
- mentored to 55 was able to do this quest one time, the second time I tried to get the quest ( 23,500 Coin Faction only ) was given the message that I have become to powerful to take a tower change dagger? has anyone else received this message?
