   • Kill 6 rioting prisoners (even con)
   • Kill the 3 riot leaders (even level, double down):
     • Skilly Blocksocket ( 73, -4, -33 ) /waypoint 73, -4, -33
     • Tuluug ( 79, 0, -7 ) /waypoint 79, 0, -7
     • Velino T'Leik ( 81, -3, 25 ) /waypoint 81, -3, 25
5. Speak to Nellin Jessith in Freeport
6. Speak to Captain Siren
7. Speak to Harn Greyrick at the door to Champion's Coliseum ( 238, -3, -50 ) /waypoint 238, -3, -50
8. Use the portal in Overlord's Plaza ( 8, -19, 11 ) /waypoint 8, -19, 11
