These are collections that have been identified as being specifically for crafters. These collections have some kind of crafting requirement and usually do not require being a high-level adventurer.

Zones include: The Barren Sky, The Down Below(or The Thieves Way), The Enchanted Lands, Fens of Nathsar, Greater Faydark, Lavastorm, Loping Plains, Maj'Dul, Steamfont Mountains, The Village of Shin, Zek, the Orcish Wastes
