They come from many sources that include:
- Found in the world (uncommon in 2016)
- From completing quests (e.g. a mercenary version of Qho Augren)
- From special promotions, like Veteran Rewards or buying special editions of game expansions.
- From the Marketplace and hired using the Rogues Gallery.
