Housing zones are small instances that all players (with enough money or money and status) can rent. Each housing instance varies in size and splendor, but provides a ready location for players to place their hard-earned house items. Housing can be found in all villages and city zones.

With the broker changes of LU37, more and more people are selling from houses than ever before! Due to this change, people are also finding out that the player housing has a finite limit on the number of Sales Displays allowed placed in the house at one time. Please help us document this information as you find it. The housing template now has support for this. Please add the

maxsale = #|

field to the template on the page for your housing zone.

note: THIS IS NOT THE NUMBER OF BROKER SLOTS. The maxsale is usually quite higher (usually close to double) the slot number.
