This quest is level 10 but you must avoid large numbers of level 17-20 creatures on the road to the village.

Deliver a package to Blarton Blumble in Windstalker Village at ( -1831, -38, -541 ) Copy/waypoint -1830.68, -37.85, -541.38.
Return to Matsy for your reward.

Optional: While you are in Windstalker Village, speak again to Blarton to get his first quest. Also speak to Licha and Hartok to get their quests. You will need to be higher level to finish these quests. See Antonica Timeline for details.
